Classicwatch Vintage Watches

I was given vintage LeCoultre Futurematic watch. I need direction to its value and the best plan to go about selling it and placing it with someone who appreciate it.

It is gold with a gold back and has a Spiedel expandable watch band. It runs and seems to be in nice condition. I do not know the model number, because I feel uncomfortable taking it apart. I guess I could try, but don't want to devalue it in anyway.

Any thoughts to any of these queries would be appreciated.

The band won't add any value. Is it gold or 'gold filled'?

I'm not sure if my last post went through. Images were attached, so it acted like it failed.

I finally got up enough courage to gently open the back of the watch. It is 10K gold filled. Here are some pictures. I will try to send a few more images including the one I meant to attach to my original post. I also can send a small video to show that the watch is running.

I was not able to attach a small video. It's only six seconds long, showing that the watch indeed runs. Is this something that could help you? If so, do you have a way that I can send it to you?

What do you want done with it?

The watch? - Ultimately sell it.
The video? - thought it would help you evaluate the watch.

The gold filled Futurematics are trading at $700-1200 depending on model and condition. I'm usually a buyer on the lower end of that scale running, less if not.

Is this face unusual? I have surfed and cannot find another exactly like this with only two numbers at 12 & 6. Any insight?
