ID an 'unsual' watch/works

amongest the 12 ,or so watches/works i'v found,1 is marked rolex& gruen together,any idea what this is,& who made it for who?

At some point, around 1930, Rolex & Gruen shared a same or similar movement for their "Doctor's" style watches, like the Rolex Price. If you google
"Rolex and Gruen" you'll come up with additional info.
