How do you know it's an original crystal is more my question. In my opinion, there is no way to tell, so best not to worry about it. If it clears the hands you are likely to have the right crystal profile anyway.

He said he was not able to find a 100% identical replacement - so I was wondering if you (or someone else) were aware of a possible aftermarket replacement that fits... Here are my two Memovoxes - from what I can tell, fully original, except lume missing on the 875.42.

Next one that comes in for repair, I will note what our shop used for the crystal.
