Vintage Memovox Inquiry

Postby berniecs » Wed May 19, 2021 11:32 am

Hello I am new here and looking for some guidance and answers. I have a vintage Memovox Steel watch - Automatic Movement - Alarm.
Numer is 976969
I just had it refurbished by JLC, it looks great now.
I inquired as to whether they had any history on the watch as they do provide this service for a cost of course, unfortunately they could not find any paperwork on this particular watches history.
I am wondering how rare is this watch, what its value on the market is if I decided to sell it.
I am not sure I want to keep it personally as I am notorious for forgetting whats on my wrist and destroying watches and jewelry.
Thanks for your time in advance.

They made around 17,000 no-date automatic memovoxes. I presently have 2 date ones for sale, values are similar.
