Jaeger-Lecoultre Bumper Identification + question

Hello,

I got this JLC. I think it is the caliber bumper 476 and would like to have more information about it.
The watch should be unserviced, so I will have to find someone to do it.

For its use, does it look that some part were/needs to be changed, is it splash proof ? When opening it, I saw that the gasket is still here.
It looks like I'm able to manual wind it, is there a protection against over winding ?
If so, would that watch compatible with a winder?

The case doesn't look like it have any number inside.
I found the serial on the movement and on the back case.
Looks like I can't post many pictures at once, so I will send by replying.

Thanks in advance.
