I have lost the sweeping second hand and I am looking for a replacement. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It's have to be a generic, should not be too hard to find a close match or off of a donor movment. It's not a part you will be able to find new.

I will keep checking ebay. Any other place to look?

I'm, not aware of a part like this being available from any of the parts suppliers. So yes, that's probably the best bet.
