I would like to find out whether is this LeCoultre Watch genuine and the model and year of this watch.

Yes, it is genuine. Probably late 1950s / very early 1960s.

Probably not that high, the lugs are bent, the dial is stained and the case is gold plated. Maybe $4-500 as it is, hard to say for sure as items with condition issues are not easy to sell.
