Hi,

I'm trying to track down a replacement crystal for a JLC Weems watch. Ideally, it would be as similar to the original as possible, but I'm not completely sure what exactly the original crystal looked like. I think the one on the watch in this photo may be correct - would you agree?

Also, if the profile shape of this crystal is correct, does anyone know where I might acquire a similar one? I've been searching but there doesn't seem to be much out there between hi-dome crystals and flat ones.

Thanks!

Hard to say with 100% certainty. I have a New Old stock case, it is had a flat crystal, that is beveled on the sides.

If you believe your case has its original crystal (and, being NOS, why wouldn't it?) then I guess flat plastic with beveled edges is what I need.

Thanks for your help, Zaf!

I say that because more than one type of crystal may have been used.

Well, at least nobody can definitively say that a flat crystal with beveled edges is wrong. :D
