Seeking information

I would appreciate any information that someone might have about this watch. I would guess that it dates from the 60's, early 70's. It has a pristine 818/2 movement, 10k gold filled. 1"x1" Thank you in advance.

I don't have any specific info on this model. Sorry.
With a movement # I can give you an approximate date.

Thank you! The movement number is 2040316.
Also, would you happen to know what a reasonable estimate would be to service the watch. Runs fine, just want to have it cleaned and oiled.

Probably around 1970.
We'd charge something around $300-325 for a service, though JLC might charge $1500. So I'm not sure you want to send it there.
