LeCoultre Master Mariner

Hi, I am a new Member and I write from Italy.
I have this LeCoultre Master Mariner and I would like to know the approximate date of manufacture and some historical/technical.

The reference would be 1065. 1200 refers to the type of tool needed to remove the crystal.

The watch dates to approx. 1965.

Thanks so much, I saw on the net (chrono24 and eBay) you see very few for sale, this is due to the fact that few were sold?

Probably not that much demand for that kind of watch to be honest (USA model), that's why you don't see them. They made plenty.

Yet a request if I may, I purchased it at $ 573, all original except the buckle and probably the Crown (no logo), is a fair price?

I think it's OK. I would have spent MORE and gotten a better dial though.
