Seems that the dial is refinished, but other than that, it looks fine.

It looks OK to me. It's a U.S. market watch. It can be dated if you have the movement serial number, probably around 1962 or so.
Price sounds a little expensive for a US market one.

On modern pieces, and by modern, I mean after 1985 or so, I will not have much information for you. So if you're asking about 2006 type watches, the factory will be your only source for archival info like production dates and numbers, etc. No whether or not they will give to you or answer your inqui...

It is an authentic U.S.A. market watch, but yes, it appears the dial is refinished.

Guessing, the year is 1976-1978. Value, around that of the gold + a $100-200. I can't tell for sure what the caliber is, it should be so stamped on the movement, usually under the balance wheel. I'm guessing it's the evolution of caliber 480.

I don't think it will be an expensive watch, i.e. not more than the value of the case. 13 "rubis" movements are usually not high grade.
