It dates to 1966-67. If you mean the crowns, on this model I would expect them to be signed.

If it's not worn through anywhere, and that's a big if, $3500 or so is reasonable. If any wear at all, deduct from there.

Original crown is plain, slightly larger than what you have but it has no step. Yours has a small step. The knurls are finer, i.e. more of them that what is on it right now.

The dial is definitely repainted. I'm not sure iof that hands are original. The crown has been replaced.
The movement probably dates to 1933 at the earliest. The serial look up is +/- 2 years so it's within the margin for error.
